ORDER
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, invoicing and delivery address.
If there is something wrong with your order confirmation, you must immediately contact us via e-mail to kundservice@urbanmodern.se
DELIVERY
Our normal delivery times are 1-4 days. NB! Orders placed on weekends and holidays are sent the first weekday after. If delays in delivery should occur, contact us at e-mail address: kundservice@urbanmodern.se
PRICES
We reserve the right for price changes caused by a price change from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price. All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% VAT.
RETURN AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When purchasing goods on our website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered.
You should return the products to us within 14 days. You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the goods should therefore be sent well packaged. It is important that all labels remain on the garments with original fasteners, and that the products are unused.

COMPLAINTS AND COMPLAINTS
We inspect all products before they are sent to you.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. Any errors must always be reported to kundservice@urbanmodern.se, where you enter your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
If we fail to correct the defect or deliver a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We reserve the right to deny a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with consumer protection legislation.

EXAMPLES OF "ERRORS" THAT DO NOT HAVE TO BE A COMPLAINT:
Holes in armholes or the collar caused by "tearing" off the shirt.
Pimples on wool garments, pimples are natural and it is almost inevitable that wool garments do not pimple, a tip is to remove them with your hand or a clothes brush. Pimples are superfluous wool threads that collect and form clumps.
Worn jeans in the crotch are caused by normal wear and tear and do not have to be grounds for complaint.
An approved complaint does not automatically mean that you lose the garment and get your money back. In the first step, we always do our best to fix the error. If this is not possible, we will try to replace you with a similar garment if similar garments are available, thirdly we will refund you the amount.

LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
We are not responsible for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances outside the company's current (Force Majeure). These may be, for example, reduced or non-delivery by the supplier, industrial dispute, authority decision, etc.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.
